Tinkernails: The Most Instagrammable Nail Salon in the South!

Posted on June 24, 2022June 27, 2022 by Nini Dizon

Are you ready to see some magic happen?

Ladies! You’ll love what I just discovered!

A nail pampering salon that will not only meet that much-needed self-care but you’ll certainly fall in love with their Instagrammable interior.

I love how they came up with the name “Tinkernails” because it reminds me of Disney’s Fairy−Tinker Bell which gives me and I think most of you who are reading this the impression that it’s sweet and girly. As a marketer, I know that branding is everything.

Now, let’s take on a tour, shall we? 😊

If you love pink, this is the place to be. Tinkernails will make you smile upon entering because you’ll be welcomed with fuchsia pink Daphne chairs.

Who wouldn’t love these pretty and cozy chairs that will make you feel like royalty matched with square baby pink pillows placed in the center with golden lamps on each side ready for your nail session?

Please sit here your highness

Would you like a cup of tea, my Lady?

Oh, enough daydreaming Nichelle!

Tinkernails just opened a few months ago and I like how everything looks simple and tidy. Along with their Instagrammable fuchsia pink chairs is their cherry blossoms mural painted on the wall as its background. I also love the mini chandelier with yellow lights that completes the overall look of the salon.

Notice that this short line: this is where the magic happens can attract so many of us to take a selfie and post it on IG. This makes me imagine Tinker Bell waving her wand and sprinkling fairy dust all over the place.

These are lovely! These nail colors match the cherry blossoms design on the wall.

Now it’s time to sit back and relax on the soft Fuchsia pink chairs as the Tinkernails friendly staff do their magic or pass on their magic to your hands. Now let’s go to the service that I availed myself on my visit.

So, I availed of their Hand Paraffin wax service. Just a bit of background, when I used to have my physical therapy sessions at the hospital’s rehab due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome one of the things that the physical therapist did back then is paraffin waxing for my hands.

The heat of the paraffin wax helps my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to get some relief and it’s a plus that my hands get some added moisture and softness. That’s the story of how I first discovered paraffin waxing. Since the pandemic came it took me two years before I can actually experience hand paraffin wax again through Tinkernails.

Hands get dipped into hot paraffin wax and wrapped for 30 mins so that your hands absorb the heat. As I sit back and relax, I listen to Taylor Swift in their background music and I try to imagine how my hands will look pretty and moisturized with olive oil and other oils afterward.

Love that I chose this shirt because it matches the pink chair perfectly! Ha ha

The Tinkernails staff massaged my hands with mint oil right after removing the paraffin wax. Customers have the option if they want mint oil or mint lotion.

Tinkernails offers services for nails, lashes, and waxing. Check out the rest of their services and their budget-friendly prices here:

I’m looking forward to trying their gorgeous nail art with stones soon and telling you all about it here.
